Stunning Sunsets

Why not enjoy a nice sundowner as the sunsets over Newquay Bay in one of the many lovely bars or restaurants overlooking the sea.

Newquay's Great Western Hotel has a lovely bar area downstairs with outdoor seating and looks over Newquay Bay, perfect for relaxing after a hard day on the beach.

Great Beach Events

Newquay is host to the Boardmasters surfing competition each summer, and loads of professiona surfers come to Newquay to battle it out for the title on Fistral beach. There is a cool skate ramp, a massive beer tent and lots of live music.

This year the UNleashed festival was held above Watergate Bay and featured Radio 1, Morcheeba, The Zutons, The Pidgeon detectives and many others, it was a great night out!
